First Steps: Ages 2-4

First Steps is a 45-minute class designed for young movers ready to begin their dance journey in the studio without a parent. This class introduces dancers ages 2-4 to foundational movement and musicality in a fun, supportive setting that encourages exploration and imagination. Short, sweet, and filled with joyful discoveries, First Steps helps little ones take their first steps into the world of dance! Registration for Fall classes starts Monday, August 18 at 10:00am for Norfolk residents (August 25 for non-residents). Classes are marked Unavailable until registration begins.

Attire for First Steps: Dancers can wear any clothing that they can easily move in or a dance outfit and should have bare feet, ballet slippers, or jazz shoes. No socks on the studio floor, please. They are too slippery! Instructor: Melody Peacock.
